ALL PACKAGES ARE ALL-INCLUSIVE – SESSION FEE + PROFESSIONALLY EDITED DIGITAL COLLECTION

All packages cover the session fees (photographer’s time, talent & use of props) and your professionally edited digital collection with a print release ** Due to the nature of the business and scheduling, a non-refundable $100 retainer is due at time of booking (that is applied towards your balance) – PAYMENT PLANS can be arranged and are always an option.

Family Package - $350 +tax

What’s included: 20 professionally edited digital images with Print Release. Family 6 people or less; additional family members are $75. A variety of poses included. Outdoor session, preferably during sunset "golden" hours. Typically lasts an hour or less.

Milestone Package - $350 +tax

What’s included: 20 professionally edited digital images with Print Release. What falls under this category... Cake Smash Session (cake NOT included), Sitter Session, a child reaching of age, and High School Seniors. This session is for one individual. We do have a loyalty program for our returning clients, please do not hesitate to inquire with us. A variety of poses included. Typically lasts an hour or less. Indoor or outdoor. Free consultation available.

Maternity Package – $350 +tax

What’s included: 20 professionally edited digital images with Print Release. (We recommend booking this session between

30-38 weeks along depending on how fast you grow). A selection of maternity gowns is available. Sizes small to large. Family (6 people or less) poses included; additional family members are $75. Outdoor session, preferably during sunset "golden" hours. Typically lasts an hour or less. Free consultation available.

Fresh 48 hr Package (In Hospital Newborn Session) – $450 +tax

What’s included: 35 professionally edited digital images with Print Release. We recommend booking this session before your third trimester to ensure a spot on our calendar. This session has a documentary approach welcoming baby into the world. This session typically lasts 45 – 60 mins. This session is taken in Hospital setting after baby has been born, It is vital that you notify us as soon as your labor starts. We typically come the day after baby's arrival to give mom some time to freshen up and relax. Much of the session is focused on baby, the fresh details of baby and the love between the family and siblings.

Newborn Portrait Package – $650 +tax

What’s included: 25 professionally edited digital images with Print Release. We provide for ALL of the Newborn Props and accessories unless of course, you wish to photograph a special heirloom, then, we will ask for you to improvise. Newborn sessions typically last between 2 1/2- 3 hours. We will send out a preparation guide for parents for a nice smooth session, but keep in mind, patience is key with these sessions. We allow baby to lead the way and no poses are forced. We are huge advocate on Newborn Safety Posing, and have formulated the perfect workflow that will offer our clients beautiful images within the baby's comfort. We highly recommend you book this session before your third trimester. We only accept a certain amount of babies a month. These sessions are best conducted within the baby's first 2 weeks of life so baby allows us to fold him or her into the cutest pose. Family

(6 or less; additional family members are $75) are included. Free consultation is available.

Print Fulfillment Services

** Print Services are NOT included with your Photography Session Packages.** We offer print services in addition to your digital images, Please inquire with us for guidance and price list.

All photographs are copyrights of Nathalie Lopez Photography and it is illegal to copy, scan, sell, submit into contests, manipulate, crop, edit or reproduce any images without written permission whether purchased or not.
